Josh Sandler

Vice President

As vice president, Josh oversees total spend management and solutions for Elevate clients encompassing all non-payroll spend. He previously served as vice president of strategic sourcing and capital equipment services at HealthTrust where he was responsible for a five-billion-dollar in GPO portfolio spend and capital equipment advisory services. He has also held leadership roles including vice president of sourcing at Resource Optimization & Innovation (ROi), a HealthTrust company, where he oversaw the ROi private label, Regard, as well GPO sourcing and operations responsibility for over $4b in contracted spend covering medical, pharmacy, and purchased services. Prior to embarking on a career in healthcare, Josh served for several years as a supply officer in the US Navy.

Sue Dorsey

Assistant Vice President

Sue brings 15 years of expertise in enterprise-wide system implementation, process improvement, project management, financial reporting, revenue forecasting, as well as clinical consulting. As Assistant Vice President of Elevate Supply and Expense Management Solutions, Sue works directly with healthcare facility leaders to provide solutions to their challenges and value to their strategies. Her operational knowledge, teamed with her leadership ability, allows her to provide clients with a customized approach to achieve their supply chain savings goals.

Brittany Clark, MBA

Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing

Brittany is a healthcare leader with nearly 20 years of experience and a background in strategic sourcing, finance, customer service, portfolio management, as well as acute care experience. 

She has a passion for connecting, developing and empowering teams, while maintaining a strong focus on quality results that will positively impact patient care and the clients and communities they serve. Prior to Ovation Healthcare, Brittany held a number of leadership roles at HealthTrust where she oversaw strategic sourcing, PPE categories and medical capital equipment.

Andrew Bargsten

Director, Client Success

With an operations background and recent focus on healthcare supply chain, Andrew brings valuable insight and knowledge to fully optimize supply chain performance in Ovation Healthcare’s network of hospitals. Recognizing that every client is unique, he is passionate about understanding each client’s specific needs and continuously looks for creative solutions to address those needs.

Stacy Richarz, MBA

Director, Pharmacy Operations

Stacy brings 20+ years of healthcare and pharmacy management experience. She is focused on supporting owned and affiliated pharmacy departments across the enterprise, ensuring pharmacy departments have the tools necessary to guide them in decision-making and effectively managing pharmacy operations. She most recently worked with owned facilities supporting and improving GPO compliance, identifying savings opportunities with a focused effort on inventory reduction and management, USP/JCAHO compliance and education, and managing vendor relationships to provide the best value to clients.

Jennifer Stephens

Associate Vice President, Operational Improvement

Jennifer has over 25 years of experience working with healthcare data and analytics to generate innovative solutions for clients. She is passionate about working closely with health systems to improve their overall operational performance. Jennifer uses her data analytics skills, along with her industry experience, to identify and implement sustainable solutions to improve care coordination, overall cost per case, workforce management and process redesign.

Thomas Florian

Director, Operational Improvement

Thomas has over a decade of experience developing performance improvement strategies and tools designed to promote safe, effective patient care and operational sustainability for healthcare organizations. With a background in industrial engineering, he began his career as a management engineer in a small community hospital where he first recognized the significance of ensuring the future of independent community health organizations. He now supports that mission as a leader on the operational improvement team, overseeing our Vantage Workforce Productivity tool and analytics team.
