Joining Elevate Supply and Expense Management more than two decades ago, a three-hospital system in Iowa has seen tremendous growth along with its fair share of challenges. Through it all, they continue to enlist Elevate as their trusted supply chain partner because of the success and support they have continued to experience over the years. Initially joining Elevate to reduce its medical and surgical costs, the system says they have grown to rely on Elevate for so much more than that.

Elevate has worked alongside the hospital in a more traditional GPO model by providing account support to optimize portfolio connectivity and find new savings opportunities. But over the years, Elevate has stepped in to ensure the system continues to be successful. They have assisted the hospital through acquisition growth, employee turnover, vendor support, and enabling access to analytics and systems that help them gain better insights into financial and operational performance.
Elevate’s Enhanced Pharmacy Services support has also been impactful. The team helped the hospital system maximize value through pharmacy portfolio compliance. In partnership with Elevate, the system has maintained an impressive 96% compliance rate since 2022, ensuring maximum value and savings for the organization. Additionally, Elevate has supported opportunity identification and additional cost savings for the hospital’s 340B program through Elevate’s sub-340B pricing agreements.
